01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the wowph1 platform (accessible at wowph1.net and any associated mobile applications or subdomains, collectively the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

02 Eligibility

Use of the wowph1 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is non-negotiable and is consistent with applicable PAGCOR-regulated online gaming guidelines for the Philippines market.
2. You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any wowph1 entity or any third-party game provider whose content is available on the Platform.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the wowph1 Platform or any affiliated platform, and you have not had a prior account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) wowph1 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, wowph1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately and to void any winnings generated through them.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly whenever it changes. wowph1 relies on the details you provide for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

wowph1 operates a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, SSS ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, bank statement)
• Source-of-funds documentation for large transactions, as determined by wowph1 in its sole discretion

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in account restrictions or closure, and any funds held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wowph1 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. wowph1 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify wowph1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity on your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wowph1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods that have been verified and approved for use on the Platform. Currently accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. This list is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

All financial transactions on the wowph1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). wowph1 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred on your end are your sole responsibility.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by wowph1 from time to time. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower transaction limits.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if KYC documentation is outstanding, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if wowph1's risk and compliance team requires additional verification. wowph1 targets processing of verified withdrawals within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section but cannot guarantee these timeframes in all circumstances.

4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your wowph1 account originate from legitimate sources and do not constitute the proceeds of any illegal activity. You must not use a payment method that belongs to a third party without their explicit written consent. wowph1 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

wowph1 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game contributions, and expiry period are stated in each individual promotion. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wowph1 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements while preserving the bonus balance; collusion with other players; and any other behaviour that wowph1 reasonably considers to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

wowph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Once a promotional bonus has been claimed and the applicable terms have been accepted by a Player, the terms in effect at the time of acceptance will govern that specific bonus unless otherwise required by applicable law.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Each game category available on the wowph1 Platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

All outcomes in wowph1's random games (slots, virtual table games, bingo) are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical outcome of real equipment (cards, roulette wheels) under controlled studio conditions monitored by our provider partners.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded in wowph1's server logs, the server-side record shall be the authoritative and definitive record for settlement purposes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following conduct while using the wowph1 Platform:

• Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software or in any game to obtain an unfair advantage
• Collude with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, insider information betting, or market manipulation in connection with sports betting markets
• Use the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity
• Impersonate any other person or entity, including wowph1 staff
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform
• Use the Platform in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, disruption to the service experienced by other users
• Post or transmit any content through Platform chat or communication features that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful

Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

08 Responsible Gaming

wowph1 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all its players. We actively promote responsible gambling and provide the following tools to every registered player through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and optional forced logout after a specified session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming result during your session.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content beyond a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for lawful gaming purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of wowph1. The wowph1 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of wowph1 and may not be used in any manner without prior authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wowph1 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if wowph1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wowph1's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your wowph1 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wowph1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wowph1 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any feature thereof at any time, for any reason, without liability.

11 Privacy & Data

Your use of the wowph1 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, wowph1 collects and processes your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalised gaming experiences. wowph1 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. 12 Amendments to These Terms

wowph1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wowph1 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal procedures then in effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wowph1 Platform, you agree to first contact wowph1's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. wowph1 is committed to addressing all complaints promptly and fairly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents wowph1 from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

wowph1 operates under applicable PAGCOR-regulated online gaming guidelines. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official channels.
